Zenith Net-Zero provides independent validation and verification services in accordance with applicable ISO standards and program requirements. Our processes are designed to ensure that assessments are conducted consistently, objectively, and impartially.

Management Commitment to Impartiality
Zenith Net-Zero is committed to maintaining the impartiality of its validation and verification services. Accordingly, the following measures have been implemented:
Conflict of Interest (COI) Management
A systematic COI management process ensures the objectivity of our services and prevents commercial, financial, or other pressures from compromising impartiality.
COI Training
All team members sign declarations affirming their commitment to the principles of impartiality and independence applicable to validation and verification activities under the relevant ISO standards.
Decision Protocols
Our internal review processes ensure that conclusions are based strictly on verifiable evidence and that no individual has sole authority over decisions where a conflict of interest may exist.
Independent Review
Our operations are independently reviewed to ensure that impartiality is maintained across all engagements.
Zenith Net-Zero is committed to maintaining the trust of our clients, regulators, and the public by delivering services that are transparent, fair, and technically sound.

4. Complaints & Appeals Process
Zenith Net-Zero is committed to addressing complaints and appeals in a fair, transparent, and impartial manner.
Complaints or appeals concerning our findings may be submitted confidentially to info@zenith-net-zero.com for impartial third-party review and resolution.
Submission Requirements
Disputes should be submitted in writing within 30 days of the relevant finding or decision and should include all supporting information and documentation necessary for review.
Review & Resolution
Disputes will be reviewed in accordance with Zenith Net-Zero's applicable procedures. A written response will be provided within 45 days of receipt of all required information.
Our complaints and appeals process is designed to ensure that concerns are considered objectively and that appropriate corrective action is taken where required.
